Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was required to take the time off from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she having zero expectations. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. One way to achieve this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
